Marino Named To Centennial All-Sportsmanship Team

LANCASTER, Pa. – Senior outside hitter Kaitlyn Marino (Redding, Conn./Joel Barlow) is the Washington College volleyball team's representative on the 2018 Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team for volleyball, which was announced today.  This is the first time she has been named to the Centennial's All-Sportsmanship Team.

Marino had 154 kills, averaged 1.86 kills per set, notched 166 digs, 27 blocks and averaged 2.2 points per set in 24 matches this season.  She finished her career with 836 kills, 601 digs, 126 blocks and 65 service aces while averaging 2.54 kills per set and 1.83 digs per set.  The senior was a two-time All-Centennial Conference selection as she was a second team pick in 2016 and garnered honorable mention in 2017.

Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student-athlete who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship for the All-Sportsmanship Team. Nominations were submitted by the head coaches.
