HILTON HEAD, S.C. — The Washington College women's tennis team opened its Spring Break stay in Hilton Head, S.C., today with a 9-0 victory over Stockton University.

Doubles
- The Shorewomen won all three doubles matches by 8-1 finals. Krista Filiopoulos and Sarah Bruno beat Summer Conover and Kristen McCormick at No. 1, Julie Lazer and Kiran Pant topped Amanda El-Khouri and Taylor Searles at No. 2, and Ella Samer and Riley Katzman, bested Katelyn Emick and Emily Steinberg at No. 3.

Singles
- Lazer beat Conover, 6-0, 6-1, at No. 1 while Filiopoulos blanked McCormick, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 2.
- Samer topped Steinberg, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 3. Bruno defeated Emick, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 4.
- Pant bested El-Khouri, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 5 and Katzman defeated Searles, 6-0, 6-2, at No. 6.

Notes
- The Shorewomen improved to 2-1 with the win, while the Ospreys fells to 9-3 with the loss.
