Maxwell, Wiecki Win Two Individual Events Each
CHESTERTOWN, Md. — The Washington College women's swim team rolled to a 126-70 Centennial Conference dual meet win over visiting Bryn Mawr this afternoon inside Casey Swim Center. The Shorewomen evened their record at 3-3 overall with the win and upped their conference mark to 1-3. The Owls fell to 0-5 overall and in conference meets with the loss.

- Ellen Maxwell and Lindsay Wiecki each won two individual events for the Shorewomen. Maxwell paced the 200 individual medley (2:21.33) and 500 freestyle (5:36.74), while Wiecki captured the 1000 freestyle (11:18.69) and 100 butterfly (1:02.10).
- Julia Portmann won the 200 freestyle (2:02.73), Mackenzie Gaze the 50 freestyle (25.89), and Katie Gorman the 100 freestyle (55.69). Maxwell, Alex Searles, Gaze, and Anna Schmittle opened the meet with a winning time of 1:57.74 in the 200 medley relay.
- With a large lead already in hand, the Shorewomen entered the final two events of the meet as exhibitions, but still posted the fastest times in those events. Searles paced the 100 breaststroke (1:12.08), while Emma Silber, Schmittle, Bailey Reigel, and Gorman had the fastest time in the 200 freestyle relay (1:45.72).
- Gorman added a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle (2:03.41), Schmittle was second in the 50 freestyle (26.16), and Gaze second in the 100 butterfly (1:05.36). Angelina Tomasura finished second in the 200 individual medley (2:29.21), while Maija Adourian placed second in the 100 backstroke (1:05.68).
