CHESTERTOWN, MD -- Danielle Sullivan '98 became the second female Washington College swimmer to be inducted into the College's Hall of Fame during the annual dinner and induction ceremony Saturday night.

Sullivan earned All-America honorable mention in both the 1650 freestyle and 500 freestyle at the 1998 NCAA Division III Swimming Championships.  That performance capped off an outstanding collegiate swimming career that saw her capture the gold medal in the 1650 freestyle at the 1997 and 1998 Centennial Conference Championships and win a total of 13 medals at conference championship meets during her four years.  Sullivan has gone on to have a highly successful career as a professional triathlete.
