Vincent Repeats As Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week

Earns Award For The Second Straight Week and Fourth Time Overall

LANCASTER, Pa. – Senior attacker Katherine Vincent (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) has been named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week for women's lacrosse for the week of March 20-26.  This is the second straight week she has won the conference's weekly award this season and the fourth time overall.

Vincent had 14 points on eight goals and six assists for the Shorewomen this past week to go along with seven draw controls.  She notched a career-best five assists and tied her personal-high with 10 points in a 17-8 win over St. Mary's (Md.) on Monday night as she also scored five goals. She won five draw controls, tied for game-high with four ground balls and led all players with three caused turnovers.  The senior factored into four of the team's seven first half goals and six of the 10 second half scores.  On Saturday at Dickinson, she had three goals and an assist for four points. With the team trailing 10-5 with 11 minutes to go, she scored two of the team's five goals in the last 10:38 to force overtime, including the game tying goal with six seconds left on a free position goal to force overtime.
