    The Washington College women's lacrosse team has been recognized as a 2017 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad and four student-athletes from the team have been named to the 2017 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll.

The event will start at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th and will conclude on the 21st at 7:00 p.m. The Shoremen and Shorewomen Laxers have participated in the event every year.

However the Shorewomen qualified for the 2017 Centennial Conference Tournament due to Dickinson’s 21-12 win at Ursinus this afternoon. The Shorewomen, the tournament’s fifth seed, will travel to Dickinson, the four seed, on Wednesday.
