Dudley Named Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week

LANCASTER, Pa. -- Washington College freshman midfielder Alli Dudley (New Windsor, Md./Francis Scott Key) has been named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week for women's lacrosse for the week ending March 9th. Dudley tied a school record by handing out seven assists in the Shorewomen's 24-14 win over then 18th-ranked Susquehanna Friday.

Dudley's seven assists matched the school record set by Tammy Tiehel in 1983 and matched twice last season by Mollie Shipley. She also had one goal, two ground balls, four draw controls, and a caused turnover in the victory. The 24 goals scored by the Shorewomen in the game also tied a school record, while the 18 they scored in the first half set a school record. The win was also the Shorewomen's first over a nationally-ranked opponent since 2006.
