LANCASTER, Pa. -- Washington College senior forward Latisha Pledger (Chesapeake, Va./Indian River) has been named an All-Centennial Conference honorable mention for the second year in a row in a vote conducted by the conference's 11 women's basketball head coaches. In addition, junior guard Emily Hubley (West Chester, Pa./Bayard Rustin) is the Shorewomen's representative on the conference's All-Sportsmanship Team.
Pledger finished the season ranked fourth in the conference in rebounding, averaging a team-best 8.4 per game. She also averaged 9.8 points per game, second-best among Shorewomen and 14th-best in the conference. She is the fifth Shorewoman in team history to earn All-Centennial honors two or more times.
Hubley led the team in scoring (11.2 points per game), assists (2.2 per game), and steals (1.7 per game). Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student from each winter program who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship for the All-Sportsmanship Team. Nominations were submitted by the athletic departments or head coaches. Hubley is a first-time All-Sportsmanship honoree.
