Conner Blouin '10 Finishes Third at Olympic Classes Regatta

New WC Sailor Ryan Bailey Also Turned in Impressive Performance

KINGSTON, ONTARIO -- Conner Blouin, a 2010 Washington College graduate and two-time All-America honorable mention, finished third in the CORK Olympic Classes Regatta (OCR) Laser Radials event last month in Kingston, Ontario. Washington freshman sailor Ryan Bailey (Toms River, NJ/Toms River South) was 30th in the CORK OCR Lasers. 

Blouin was the top American finisher in laser radials, finishing behind Canadian Luke Ramsay and New Zealander Andrew McKenzie. Blouin finished third, eighth, fourth, second, third, eighth, 10th, third, 12th, and first in the 10 races. A total of 55 sailors competed in the event.

Bailey was the seventh-highest finishing American in lasers, which saw a total of 47 sailors compete.
