Festa graduated from Washington College in 2014 with a BA in Economics and minors in Political Science and Accounting/Finance.  He was also the recipient of the 2014 Senior Economics Department Award.  During his time at the school, he was an integral part of the Brown Advisory Student-Managed Investment Fund, the Washington to Wall Street program, and the Peer Mentor program.
