Junior outfielder Scott Matthews was named to the first team and sophomore outfielder Bryan Baquer earned honorable mention status. This is the second time Baquer has been named all-conference, while Matthews is a first-time honoree.

    Visiting Dickinson and host Washington College split a pair of 9-8 games this afternoon at Athey Baseball Park in a Centennial Conference baseball doubleheader with the Red Devils winning the first game and the Shoremen grabbing the nightcap. Dickinson is now 21-12-1 overall and 7-9-1 in the conference, while Washington is now 16-19 and 7-11 respectively. It was the conference finale for the Shoremen.

The Shoremen captured game one, 11-3, and took game two, 10-2. The Shoremen improve to 15-16 overall and 6-8 in the Centennial, while the Fords fall to 14-15 and 7-6. Washington has now won three straight games and have outscored its opponents 35-6.

    The Washington College baseball game at Stevenson is now scheduled to be played tomorrow afternoon, March 27, at 3:30 p.m. This is the fourth rescheduling of the game since the original game date of February 28 was postponed. The game was also rescheduled for March 6, 7 and 18, but in all three cases got postponed.
