Shorewomen Fall to McDaniel
Milauskas Notches 17 Assists, 10 Digs

WESTMINSTER, MD -- The Washington College volleyball team slipped to 3-19 overall and 0-4 in Centennial Conference play with a three-game loss to host McDaniel College this evening. Game scores were 30-20, 30-22, and 30-16. WC senior setter Amy Milauskas (Ellicott City, MD/Seton Keough) tallied 17 assists and 10 digs for the Shorewomen.

Junior defensive specialist Lindsay Tegeler (Baltimore, MD/Mt. Carmel) paced the Shorewomen with a team-best 12 digs. Freshman middle hitter Marcie McConville (Westminster, MD/Westminster) and freshman outside hitter Abby Benson (Avon Grove, PA/Avon Grove) led the WC attack. McConville finished with nine kills, while Benson added eight.

The Shorewomen return to action this Friday and Saturday at the Gallaudet Invitational.
