Scholarship in Honor of Jasmine Queen
through the Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation

Alpha Omicron Pi will be holding the first annual Queen of the Roses 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 26th, to benefit a scholarship named in honor of Jasmine Queen. Jasmine, who would have been a junior this fall, passed away in August. She was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority as well as of the Washington College softball team.

In Memoriam: Jasmine Queen '10
The Washington College community is saddened by the loss of Jasmine Queen. Jasmine, who passed away at her home over the weekend, was to begin her junior year at Washington College later this month. Jasmine was a first baseman and outfielder for the Shorewomen softball team and was majoring in Business Management. She was also involved in the Black Student Union and was a member of the AOPi sorority.
