McDaniel Defeats Shorewomen, 3-0
Chapman Makes 12 Saves

WESTMINSTER, MD -- Host McDaniel College scored all three goals in the first half to defeat visiting Washington College, 3-0, in the women's soccer season finale for both schools this afternoon in Westminster, MD. The Green Terror finish the year 9-7-1 overall and 4-5-1 in conference play, while the Shorewomen complete the season 2-12-3 and 0-8-2.

Katie Kirley scored McDaniel's first goal at the 4:37 mark off an assist from Dawn Fletcher. Sarah Wallace followed with a goal that bounced in off the crossbar at 34:14. Tara Healy scored the final goal at 42:34.

Washington senior goalkeeper Jennifer Chapman (Alexandria, VA/St. Stephen's & St. Agnes) recorded 12 saves in her final collegiate game. Michelle Mullen made five tops for McDaniel.
