1, 2003 BRYN MAWR, PA -- Senior defender Allison LaMarca (Lindenhurst, NY/Lindenhurst) notched one goal and one assist in her final collegiate game as the Washington College women's soccer team finished the 2003 season with a 4-1 Centennial Conference win over host Bryn Mawr this afternoon. All four Washington goals came in the first 19 minutes of the game. The Shorewomen (5-11-1, 1-9 Centennial) took a 1-0 lead at 5:34 when sophomore midfielder Steph Bradley (Weston, MA/Kimball Union Academy) blasted in an unassisted goal. LaMarca then pushed the lead to 2-0 when she scored on a direct kick at 10:23. Freshman midfielder Christine Chop (Asan, Guam/Guam) made it 3-0 at 14:33 with an unassisted goal. The Shorewomen's final goal came at 18:43 when LaMarca sent a free kick to freshman forward Kimberly Kann (Shady Side, MD/Southern), who headed the ball in for a goal. Bryn Mawr (4-12-1, 0-10) got on the board at 35:45 on a goal by Erin Cantini. Junior Jennifer Chapman (Alexandria, VA/St. Stephen's & St. Agnes) made 10 saves in the win for the Shorewomen.
