Russell Named to All-CC Sportsmanship Team
Four Washington College student-athletes have been named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team for fall sports. Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student from each fall program who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship. Nominations were submitted by the athletic departments or head coaches. This is the first year of the All-Centennial Sportsmanship team, which was proposed by the conference's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Senior Megan Russell (Federalsburg, MD/Seaford Christian, DE) represented Washington's women's soccer team.

Twelve from WC Named to
Centennial Academic Honor Roll
Twelve Washington College student-athletes have been named to the Centennial Conference's Academic Honor Roll for fall sports. To be named to the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior or senior; a starter or key reserve on his or her team; and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average. Three Washington College women's soccer student-athletes were named to the Honor Roll. Senior Heather Roberts (Bel Air, MD/Maryvale Prep) landed on the Honor Roll for the third time, while senior Joelle Hupp (Madison, MD/St. Andrew's) was a second-time honoree. Senior Erin O'Brien (Havre de Grace, MD/John Carroll) was also named to the Honor Roll for soccer for the second time after earning the distinction for field hockey in 2005.

Fox Named All-Centennial
Senior Midfielder Earns Honorable Mention
Washington College senior midfielder Lindsay Fox (Laurel, MD/Atholton) has been named an All-Centennial Conference honorable mention for women's soccer in a vote conducted by the conference's head coaches.
