Zach Volpi joined the Shorewomen's staff as an assistant coach in the summer of 2012. Volpi was a four-year goalkeeper at Division II Flagler College, earning Peach Belt Conference Goalkeeper of the Week honors in 2009.

Volpi served as the Goalkeepers Coach at Shamrock Soccer Camp for three summers. His duties included planning training sessions, evaluating players' skill levels, and presenting weekly summaries and awards. He also spent two summers as a Goalkeepers Assistant Coach at Rollins College Soccer Camp.

Volpi earned a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Flagler, where he was a Dean's List student, in 2010.
