    Junior midfielder Kyle Gaeffke factored into both goals as he had a goal and an assist as visiting Washington College blanked host Muhlenberg 2-0 at Varsity Field on Saturday afternoon in a Centennial Conference men’s soccer match.  It was the regular season finale for both teams.  The Shoremen have now downed the Mules three straight times for the first time in the series.

    Junior goalkeeper Josh Samuels has been named the Centennial Conference Co-Defensive Player of the Week in men’s soccer for the week of September 18-24 by the conference office. This is the first time Samuels has won the award this season and the fifth time in his career. Samuels shares the award with Johns Hopkins’ goalkeeper Bryan See.
