Roy Dunshee was named the 11th head coach in Washington College men's soccer history in April 2012. Dunshee's diverse soccer background includes time as a successful high school coach, positions with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), and 16 years operating a soccer skills teaching company.
Prior to coming to Washington College, Dunshee spent four seasons as the head boys soccer coach at Severna Park High School in Severna Park, MD. In his four seasons, he led the team to a record of 56-10-4 and three regional championships. He stepped down from the position to accept a one-year position as an assistant coach at Division III power Amherst College for the 2012-13 academic year before the head coaching position at Washington College became available.
He also spent five years coaching at St. Mary's Catholic High School in Annapolis, MD.
Dunshee has also worked for the NSCAA since 2007 as the State Technical Coordinator for both Maryland and Delaware and, most recently, as a National Academy coach. In that position, he teaches high-level residential coaching courses around the country. He has twice been chosen as a clinician at the annual NSCAA Convention and was named the NSCAA's Associate Staff Coach of the Year in 2011. Since 2008, Dunshee has served as a state staff coach for the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association, teaching United States Soccer Federation (USSF) E and D license courses.
For the past 16 years, Dunshee has operated Coerver Coaching, a company which provides team training, camps, clinics, and coaches' education. He is currently the principal owner and Director of Coaching for the company.
During the winter and spring of 2010, Dunshee also served as an interim assistant men's soccer coach at Division I Northwestern University, designing and implementing winter and spring training sessions and game plans. Northwestern went on to win the 2011 Big Ten Championship.
Dunshee played collegiate soccer at the University of South Carolina, earning a B.A. in Journalism from the school in 1983. He went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law in 1989. His additional professional experience includes five years as a law clerk and attorney and 13 years as a restauranteur.
Dunshee's coaching certifications include USSF A, B, C, and D licenses, a US Youth Soccer Y license, and NSCAA Premier, Advanced National, and National Diplomas.
Vincent Caltabiano

Vincent Caltabiano joined the Shoremen's coaching staff in May 2012. His duties include recruiting and functionally training forwards and attacking midfielders.
A four-year standout player at Stevenson University, Caltabiano was named the Mustangs' Most Valuable Player as a senior and served as team captain as a junior and senior. He played in every game but one over the course of his four-year career and earned NSCAA Scholar All-Region honors. He played high school soccer at Mount St. Joseph in Baltimore, winning an MIAA "A" Conference Championship as a senior.
Caltabiano spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at his alma mater, where his duties included recruiting as well as coaching the junior varsity team. He has also spent six years as a trainer for Coerver Coaching, performing team training and working at camps in Maryland, Illinois, and Massachusetts. He holds an NSCAA Level VI Diploma.
Caltabiano earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Stevenson in 2010 and an M.A. in Business Technology from the school in 2012.
