Bob Martino '90 Inducted into US Lacrosse Greater Baltimore Chapter Hall of Fame

BALTIMORE, MD -- Bob Martino '90, a two-time first-team All-American for the Washington College men's lacrosse team, was inducted into the US Lacrosse Greater Baltimore Chapter Hall of Fame on Saturday.

Martino racked up 83 goals and 36 assists in four years for the Shoremen. He was named a first-team All-American as both a junior and senior. The Shoremen participated in the NCAA Division III Tournament all four years of Martino's career, reaching the semifinals in 1989 and the championship game in 1990. Following graduation, Martino went on to have a standout professional lacrosse career with the Pittsburgh Bulls and Baltimore Thunder, earning All-Pro and All-Century honors.

Martino played high school lacrosse at Canadaigua Academy in Canadaigua, NY. He was inducted ito the US Lacrosse Greater Rochester Hall of Fame in 2001 and the Washington College Hall of Fame in 2005. He currently serves as the Vice President of Lax World, a lacrosse equipment and gear retailor.
