AT WC: Went 6-2 with a 3.43 ERA and 26 strikeouts in team-high 15 pitching appearances and 42 innings pitched in 2012 ... pitched a shutout in 2012 Centennial Conference Tournament ... emerged as on of the Shoremen's top pitchers as a sophomore in 2011, going 3-3 with a 3.74 ERA and walking just seven batters in 55 1/3 innings ... hit .256 with 11 runs scored and 11 RBI as a freshman in 2010 ... also went 1-1 with a 5.62 ERA in seven apperances (four starts) on the mound in 2010 ... BEFORE WC: Played baseball and football and wrestled at Watchung Hills Regional ... won Coaches Award ... ALSO: Father Richard played football at Villanova and is in that school's Hall of Fame ... brother Cary wrestles for Columbia University.
