Taylor Falls in NCAA Second Round

ST. PETER, MN -- Washington College junior Peter Taylor (Canton, CT/Canton) lost his second round match at the NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Singles Championship this afternoon at Gustavus Adolphus College. Taylor fell to Vitaliy Pereverzev of M.I.T., 6-2, 6-3.

Taylor, who was seeded third in the tournament, defeated John Michael Cham-A-Koon of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, 6-4, 6-1, in yesterday's first round. He finishes the season 30-3 overall in singles play.
