Shoremen 6th at Orange Bowl Classic
Washington Garners Two Fourth-Place Finishes

KEY LARGO, FL - The Washington College men's swim team finished six of eight teams overall Saturday at the Orange Bowl Swim Classic in Key Largo, FL. Schools from NCAA Divisions I, II, and III were represented at the event. The Shoremen recorded fourth-place finishes in two events.

Junior Brandon Becker (Jamison, PA/Central Bucks East), junior Alex Thomas (Towson, MD/Calvert Hall), freshman Dylan Pollock (Savannah, GA/Benedictine Military), and freshman Chris Soper (Towson, MD/Loyola Blakefield) were fourth of 19 relay teams in the 200 medley relay. Freshman Justin Morgan (Colonia, NJ/St. Joseph) was fourth in the 50 butterfly, while Thomas was fifth in the 50 breaststroke.

The Shoremen return to competition January 16th with a 5:00 p.m. meet at Goucher.
