Wood Named to All-Sportsmanship Team
Four Washington College student-athletes have been named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team for fall sports. Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student from each fall program who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship. Nominations were submitted by the athletic departments or head coaches. Junior defender Danny Wood (Lancaster, PA/Lampeter-Strasburg) represented Washington's men's soccer team.

Phipps Named All-Centennial
Sophomore Goalkeeper Lands on Second Team

Washington College sophomore goalkeeper Chris Phipps (Newark, DE/St. Mark's) has been named to the All-Centennial Conference second team for men's soccer in a vote conducted by the conference's coaches. Phipps is the first WC goalkeeper to earn all-conference honors since Ryan Miller was named an honorable mention in 2004 a year after being named to the second team.
