Cohen Named CC Defensive Player of the Week
Junior Posted .739 Save Percentage in Pair of Wins

LANCASTER, PA -- Washington College junior goalie Gordon Cohen (New Canaan, CT/New Canaan) has been named the Centennial Conference Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending March 30th. Cohen's outstanding play helped lead the Shoremen to an 8-6 win over Ursinus Wednesday and a 12-6 victory at Haverford Saturday.

Cohen tallied 18 saves, a game-high seven ground balls, and his first career assist against Ursinus. Against Haverford, he made 16 stops and again scooped up a game-high seven ground balls. His save percentage for the week was .739.
