Read Named CC Offensive Player of the Week
Senior Scored Five Goals, Had Two Assists in Win

LANCASTER, PA -- Washington College senior attackman Chris Read (Baltimore, MD/Boys Latin) has been named the Centennial Conference Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending March 9th. Read helped lead the Shoremen to a 12-11 overtime win at Washington and Lee Saturday.

Read scored five goals and assisted on two others in the Shoremen's win over he Generals. His goal with 2:59 left in regulation forced the overtime by tying the score at 11-11. Read has fired in 13 goals and assisted on seven others this season.
