Shoremen Named All-Centennial Read & Cohen
Named to First Team
Seven Washington College men's lacrosse players
have been named to the All-Centennial Conference team in a vote conducted by the
conference's coaches. Senior attackman Chris Read (Baltimore, MD/Boys
Latin) and junior goalie Gordon Cohen (New Canaan, CT/New Canaan)
were the Shoremen's first team selections. Senior attackman Kolyn Kirby
(Chestertown, MD/Kent County), senior midfielder Nick Gregory (Riva, MD/South
River), and junior face-off specialist Thayer Damm (Huntingdon Valley,
PA/LaSalle) were named to the second team, while junior attackman Jimmy
Kielek (Baltimore, MD/Archbishop Curley) and junior midfielder Casey O'Connor
(Crownsville, MD/Archbishop Spalding) were honorable mention selections.

Bid to NCAA Tournament Washington to Host Lynchburg Saturday
in Second Round The
fourth-ranked Washington College men's lacrosse team received one of the four
at-large bids to the NCAA Division III Tournament. The NCAA Division III Tournament
field was announced tonight and the Shoremen will open play in the tournament
with a second round home game Saturday against Lynchburg. Click here
