Shoremen Outslug Fighting Scots, 14-10
Rolewicz Homers, Drives in Five Runs
The Washington College and Gordon College baseball teams combined for 37 hits today in a RussMatt Central Florida Baseball Invitational game in Winter Haven, FL, and it was Washington who took advantage, winning the game, 14-10. The Shoremen evened their 2010 record at 3-3 with the win, while the Fighting Scots fell to 1-3 with the loss.

Rolewicz Lifts Shoremen Past Drew, 3-2
Sophomore Doubles in Game-Winner in Bottom of the Ninth
Sophomore John Rolewicz (Bear, DE/Salesianum) doubled in the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Washington College baseball team a 3-2 win over Drew University this afternoon at Chain of Lakes Park in Winter Haven, FL, as part of the RussMatt Central Florida Baseball Invitational. The Shoremen improved to 2-3 with the win, while the Rangers fell to 0-4 with the loss.
