Conner Fleegle was named the first Athletics Broadcasting Coordinator at Washington College during the summer of 2011 and added the additional duties of Mascot Coordinator in November 2011. As Athletics Broadcasting Coordinator, Fleegle is responsible for providing play-by-play for a large number of Washington College athletic events via Goose Nation TV as well as training and supervising student broadcasters. As Mascot Coordinator, Fleegle is responsible for booking appearances by Gus, the Official Spokesgoose of Washington College, and for supervising the student staff of mascot performers and handlers.

Fleegle worked for the Washington College sports information office as a volunteer, and later as an independent contractor for four years, performing a variety of game-day tasks.  In the spring of 2011, he provided play-by-play commentary for a number of Washington College Athletic events as a pilot program for the Washington College Sports Network.

Fleegle's broadcasting experience includes time with Mix 97.5 Radio BIM in Baltimore, Clear Channel Radio in Wilmington, Del., and SFMSports.net. He has provided play-by-play for a number of collegiate (including the University of Delaware and Towson University) and high school athletic events in the Baltimore and Wilmington areas as well as on the Eastern Shore. He also has extensive experience in production work and was the co-host of Mix 97.5's "Zone Blitz," from 2009-2010. 

A product of nearby Kent County High School, Fleegle completed a news and sports program at the Broacasting Institute of Maryland and is currently completing coursework in Communications at Chesapeake College.
