Shorewoman of the Week

Senior softball player Jill Piasecki (Galena, MD/Kent County) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Piasecki got the win as the Shorewomen defeated Gettysburg to advance to the Centennial Championship Game for the first time ever.

Piasecki pitched the first six and two-third innings of the Shorewomen's 2-0 win over the Bullets Sunday morning as Washington moved on to face McDaniel in the championship game. She allowed six hits and two walks and struck out four batters in the win.
